Kayla Schofield RMT, B.A Pysch., Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying

I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2008 and have been registered with The College of Massage Therapy (CMTO) ever since. I have worked in multi-disciplinary clinics, collaborating with other healthcare professionals in creating individualized treatments plans for clients which eventually led to me started my own practice, in 2016.
After many years in practice as a manual therapist I felt like something was missing. So I began my own self-discovery journey and found psychotherapy to be something I am truly passionate about. I've always
believed in the mind and body connection, this made transitioning careers easy. So much of the dis-ease in life can be linked to physcial ailements. If we can folllow that thread inward, we can hopefully heal and grow. For further information on my approach please visit the psychotherapy section or contact me directly for a consultation.

My Philosophy

I am a firm believer in lifestyle changes that can be created to achieve optimal health. Regular exercise, water consumption, adequate sleep, eating fruits and vegetables, limiting processed foods, and regular meditation are how I choose to achieve my optimal health.
